Eredetileg már 2020-ban megjelent volna az új Rob Zombie album, a 2016-os The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser utódja. Tavaly ősszel arról lehetett hallani, hogy befejeződtek a lemez munkálatai, de a világjárvány miatt a Zombie-tervek is módosultak.
Az új Rob Zombie album a mai napon jött ki The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy címmel, végig is hallgatható, de van egy friss klip is, mégpedig a Crow Killer Blues dalhoz.
„…Jó időre beleragadtunk ebbe a pandémiába, aminek látszólag nincs vége, így aztán úgy voltam vele, hogy adjuk csak ki. Az emberek is kényszerből otthon vannak, zenét meg hallgatnak. Frusztráló ez az egész. Nem akarok öt nyomorult éven át ülni ezen a lemezen. Ezért döntöttünk úgy, hogy kihozzuk.”
